DELIVERY POLICY
Madison Topsoil offers delivery at the curb. If we are invited onto private property we will make every effort to satisfy our customer and place the delivery in the spot the customer requests. If our driver deems a spot high risk, they will inform the customer and require a liability waiver be signed prior to any attempt, making it clear that the customer is responsible for any and all damages to vehicles including towing vehicles out, repairing ruts and fixing damaged lawns. After the signature the driver will make their best attempt to deliver to the spot requested. Some spots may be deemed entirely inaccessible due to a very high probability of damage, and they will decline to dump the delivery in that spot and request the customer to select an alternate spot. Once the truck has arrived at the customer’s property, the delivery has been made whether the load is dumped or not. The customer is responsible for the delivery charge.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature and delivery of the products we sell, Madison Topsoil cannot take returns, nor offer refunds once your order has been loaded onto our delivery vehicle and/or delivered. Orders may be cancelled on request by phone 608.833.4835 only up to and until loading and delivery of your order has begun.
